Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the services provided by All3Design, hereafter referred to as “the Company,” to the client, hereafter referred to as “the Client.” These terms and conditions are applicable to all web design projects and services provided by the Company.

  1. Project Initiation: 1.1. The project will commence upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required upfront payment. 1.2. The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the project to progress.
  2. Payment: 2.1. The Client agrees to make payments as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. 2.2. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule and are non-refundable.
  3. Project Timeline: 3.1. The Company will provide an estimated project timeline, and the Client agrees to adhere to it. 3.2. Delays in project completion may occur if the Client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals promptly.
  4. Scope of Work: 4.1. The scope of work will be defined in the project proposal or agreement. Any changes or additional work requested by the Client may result in additional charges.
  5. Client Responsibilities: 5.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information. 5.2. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all project stages, including designs, layouts, and content.
  6. Revisions: 6.1. The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. 6.2. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
  7. Content and Copyright: 7.1. The Client is responsible for providing all text, images, and other content unless content creation is explicitly included in the agreement. 7.2. The Client must ensure they have the legal right to use any content provided to the Company.
  8. Confidentiality: 8.1. Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related information.
  9. Termination: 9.1. Either party may terminate the project with written notice. 9.2. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for the work completed up to that point.
  10. Final Delivery: 10.1. The final project will be delivered to the Client once full payment is received. 10.2. The Company retains the right to display the project in its portfolio.
  11. Hosting and Maintenance: 11.1. If hosting and maintenance services are part of the agreement, they will be subject to separate terms and fees.
  12. Liability: 12.1. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the website. 12.2. The Client is responsible for maintaining backups of their website data.
  13. Dispute Resolution: 13.1. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration.
